La classica bruschetta cotta al barbeque, con olio evo, aglio e sale si prepara cosi:
Ingredienti:
2 fette di pane civraxiu
1 spicchio di aglio o
olio extravergine di oliva q.b.
sale q.b
Tagliate il pane a fette abbastanza grosse,versateci l'olio extra vergine, tostatele sulla brace (o in forno), sbucciate lo spicchio di aglio e strofinatelo sulle fette di pane, aggiungete un pizzico di sale e servite ancora calde.
Ideali per accompagnare una buona zuppa o dell'ottimo arrosto.
Bruschetta bread
The classic bruschetta bread, which is grilled at bbq and done with evo, garlic and salt, is prepared as follows:
Ingredients:
2 slices of Italian bread, 1/2 inch high
1 clove of garlic
olive oil as much as needed
salt as much as needed
Method:
Cut the bread into medium sized slices, drizzle with extra virgin oil and grill them; peel the garlic and rub it on the bread, season with a pich of salt and serve them still hot.
Perfect to accompany a good soup or some delicious roast meat.
